I repeatedly asked for the wallet to be engraved to which they agreed. It arrived with blurry, less than crisp imaging and was not engraved. I asked them about it and they requested I send them pictures of the wallet to confirm it wasn't engraved, which I did. They then said that on their end it was listed as being engraved and wanted me to send them a short video of the wallet to confirm it wasn't engraved. What? They offered $10 as an apology if I send them the short video. Their quality and customer service is highly disappointing and slimy. Please choose elsewhere.
